Penthouse Addition & Renovation, 302 W. 12 Street, New York City Combining Three Apartments on Two Levels for an Art Collector, plus adding a new addition and garden structures. Landmarks Preservation Commission approval required.
O’Malley Library, Manhattan College, New York City
Extensive renovation of 39,000 SF existing building and new 43,000 SF addition.
Penthouse Renovation, 128 Central Park South, New York City Gut renovation for a client interested in a Japanese esthetic.
476 Broadway, New York City
Numerous interior and exterior renovation projects in a loft building, all requiring Landmarks Preservation Commission approval. Projects include windows, doors, elevators, development of rooftop recreation, provision of a new exterior fire stair, and CO/Code issues such as sprinklers and mechanical ventilation. Among the projects is the extension of bulkheads requiring an extensive presentation at a Public Hearing. We are also pursuing a Special Permit for Change of Use of some floors with CPC.

Landmarks Preservation Commission approval was required for this project which was an interior renovation plus new windows.
Renovation of New York City Public Schools,Brooklyn, New York Exterior Envelope Work at Six Schools for DDC. This included extensive copper roof and masonry work at PS340, which is a Historic Landmark.
